Wow, I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order with Wonderskin! They clearly are scamming customers!!! They sent me a BOGUS tracking number and will NOT answer me whatsoever about it or my order. I have reported them to my Paypal account the appr. $60.00 and hopefully will get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHODDY SCAMMER COMPANY!
I received my order but unfortunately I'm not impressed with the lip stain, doesn't even make any difference to colour of my lips and is quite drying, not happy and have requested a refund, waiting on a reply from company with instructions to return. Wouldn't recommend, save your money and time!!!!
I feel duped. Order keeps cancelling and being returned to sender by the parcel company Evri. "Customer service" is just a bot giving the same responses, word for word. Have requested a full refund but not confident i'll get it. Very disappointed.
I feel completely misled by the service's social media marketing. I spent over £50 on the Brow Tint, two lip colors, and the setting spray, but none of them worked as promised. The products did not deliver the results shown online and were a complete waste of money. While the company mentioned a return option, the process was unnecessarily complicated, and I was expected to cover the return postage myself — which would cost around a third of my original expenditure. This seems unreasonable when the products clearly did not meet their claims. Overhyped marketing, underperforming items, and a frustrating return process. I cannot recommend this service.
I’m unsure why others have had such negative experiences, but I’ve ordered from them three times since last October without any issues. The lip stain performs similarly to another popular brand if you're familiar with it. Keeping a gloss on helps it last longer; otherwise, it may need reapplication. I also really like their eyeliner and mascara. While the eyeliner may not last a full 24 hours without showing some wear, it outperforms many others I've tried. I plan to keep ordering from them.
They claim it's "long wear," but it barely lasts an hour on my waterline! I paid nearly $20 for something that is outperformed by a product costing just a fraction of that. Honestly, an eyeliner that was only a couple of dollars held up much better. I feel cheated!
I ordered some makeup as a Christmas gift for myself, from my son, on December 2nd. I was heading to Thailand for New Year and hoped the ‘no budge’ promise would work in my favor. Unfortunately, my parcel wasn’t shipped until December 16th, which was already cutting it close. The delivery service failed to deliver on the promised day, and the tracking information remained unchanged. I've been following up with the support team ever since. They eventually responded to my email, stating it was delivered on January 10th. This is completely useless to me as I’m in Thailand and unable to check. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the issue. I won't be ordering again!
I typically avoid leaving negative feedback, but my recent experience was frustrating. I placed an order during Black Friday, and it took almost a month to reach the pickup location. After two weeks of waiting with no shipping updates, I requested a cancellation and refund, but the order was still sent out. Unfortunately, it arrived while I was away for a month as an international student, and none of my friends could collect it since they had also gone home. The package was returned, yet I am still waiting for a refund. I find this situation quite dishonest and cannot recommend this service.
The claims about this long-lasting eyeliner are exaggerated. It only stays intact for a few hours and smudges under the water line. Additionally, it easily wipes off with soap and water. I wouldn't recommend investing in their makeup remover either, as it's costly for an eyeliner that fails to last.
I placed my order nearly 3 weeks ago and still haven't received a valid tracking link or any confirmation that it has shipped. Customer service has not responded, despite their frequent promotional emails. It's frustrating that there's no way to cancel the order, even though it hasn't been shipped. I feel taken advantage of! I should have avoided this!
