Review Time
As of today, January 19, 2026, I have yet to receive my books or any notification regarding their shipment. My order was placed on December 3, 2025. I reached out via email to inquire about the status and received a response about a week later, apologizing for the delay due to being extremely busy and thanking me for my patience. While I consider myself a patient person, this situation is becoming quite frustrating. I sincerely hope that the books are worth the lengthy wait. It would be greatly beneficial for customers to be informed about expected wait times.
I placed an order for books a month ago and have only received the message "order received." I reached out to the support team to ask about any delays but have not received a response. With my grandson's birthday in two weeks, it seems unlikely that the books will arrive on time, if they arrive at all. I ordered a different book for my granddaughter from another seller two weeks ago, and that one is already out for delivery with a tracking number.
I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. I ordered a personalized book for my granddaughter, and she adored it. Witnessing her joy made it incredibly special for me too. The book was beautifully crafted, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally well-made. The quality surpassed my expectations, and it genuinely feels like a cherished keepsake we will hold dear for years to come.
I placed an order on December 3rd with expedited shipping for a book needed for a school event. Today is December 15th, and the item has not yet arrived. The company provided a tracking number that appears to be invalid, and there is no record of the shipment with the shipping service. As a result, our son had to participate in his school event without the necessary book. It’s unacceptable to pay extra for expedited service only to receive misleading tracking information. Given our experience, this platform seems unreliable. I cannot recommend ordering from them.

At 68 years old, I was nervous about online shopping. I usually don’t order online, but I found a book featuring my grandson's name and pictures. I was so impressed with this book. It has a hard cover, and he will be thrilled when he opens it. Thank you for this wonderful experience!
