I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support. The item arrived stained and clearly below acceptable standards. Despite raising this issue, there was no proper assistance or advisory support provided regarding the wood or how to resolve the problem.As a direct result of this poor service and defective product, the entire project has now been delayed by 10 weeks. This has caused unnecessary stress, disruption, and additional costs. I would not recommend this supplier to anyone expecting quality products or reliable after-sales support.Happy to provide photos to show the issue of the discoloration which supplier claims it is fine.
