What didn't go wrong? The customer service was unhelpful and indifferent about the poor quality of the product. Our floating shelves were meant for a kitchen wall but barely resemble furniture. The undersides were unfinished, and there was no real live edge as advertised. I attempted to escalate my concerns, but received the same indifferent responses claiming the product was satisfactory. They clearly do not prioritize quality or customer satisfaction.
