I ordered three items, which should have arrived in two packages. I received the first package but never got the second. The tracking information only refers back to the first package, so they are marking it as delivered, but the second package is missing. The delivery service used is a Beijing-based company, which makes it difficult to get clear answers regarding the delivery. They assert it was delivered, but my door camera confirms it was not. If possible, purchase through a different platform for better tracking.
