I have been pleased with the surprise selections Ive received. So far I have not received any puzzles that I already had. If I do I guess that will be my cue to stop. I just ordered my third batch of four mystery puzzles! I love the surprise element, as well as the big discount.
Since retiring, my daughter suggested I try wood puzzles, and I truly enjoy them. These puzzles come in unique shapes that stimulate my mind. The colors and designs are incredibly vibrant. I’ve been assembling them and displaying them on my wall.
It's best not to place orders directly with the company or their website. If you do, refrain from ordering multiple items on one receipt. I ordered three items, which should have arrived in two packages. I received the first package but never got the second. The tracking information only refers back to the first package, so they are marking it as delivered, but the second package is missing. The delivery service used is a Beijing-based company, which makes it difficult to get clear answers regarding the delivery. They assert it was delivered, but my door camera confirms it was not. If possible, purchase through a different platform for better tracking.
I purchased a wooden clock as a gift, and it turned out to be quite frustrating. The instructions were difficult to understand, and the images didn’t clearly indicate what to expect. It was hard to determine if some pieces were oriented correctly, and some tabs didn’t fit into the specified holes, making assembly challenging. After spending two days, we discovered that two pieces were incorrectly placed, leading us to take the entire thing apart. We dedicated our Sunday afternoon to it, which was incredibly aggravating. I’ve also tried another wooden puzzle from the same source, but the pieces were so small and complex that they became confusing. I enjoy puzzles, but these were overly difficult. I wouldn't consider ordering from this source again. If the pieces and instructions were slightly larger and clearer, it might have improved our experience. At one point, we seriously contemplated returning it for a full refund, but ultimately, we decided to give it another chance. Honestly, I’m surprised we haven’t given up on it completely.
I researched to see where these puzzles were made. The internet said they were made in the USA. Imagine my surprise when they came from China.They are wooden, but very cheap wood, that breaks easily. I am not happy with this. The puzzle is very small and definitely not worth the price.
This was my third order with Woodbests. It took longer to arrive and I made an inquiry as to its progress. The service department was quick to answer and it did arrive in order. I have not opened these products as I ordered them for gifts and have not given them yet. I expect the quality will be as good as the other puzzles I have purchased in the past and my friends will be very happy with them.
