I am deeply dissatisfied with the service at this location. My son was misinformed about needing to open an account for a cash advance, and after doing so, we were hit with unexpected fees. He decided to close the account due to these hidden charges, only to be charged again for closing it. This experience has been frustrating, and I wouldn't recommend this bank.
