Woodley and Associates are a local company who have just taken over the property management responsibilities for the flats where I live and I can't believe the difference compared to the previous company. Not having lived in a flat before, I thought the service that we previously received was par for the course. How wrong I was! I now experience a company remedying the issues left by the previous company while proactively addressing any items that appear with prompt, reactive communication to keep all owners informed of progress. Tony is our manager and is approachable, responsible and communicative, targeting the points raised by residents in priority order. In short, I couldn't be happier with the company and Tony being our property managers.
