Woodley and Associates is a property management company. The last invoice I had for them was dated 11th March 2024. The next payment was due in June, and despite emails from me to their team address and the Property Manager, they seem unable to create an invoice, and only send statements. In addition a Section 20 notice was sent out to Leaseholders on the 24th June, "and the proposal for funding, will be circulated, following the 30-day consultation period ending on 28.06.2024". Really impressive!!Appalling service.
