I wanted to leave a review as a leaseholder to reflect our recent experience with Woodley & Associates at our block in Poole. Over the years, we’ve unfortunately experienced a couple of poor managing agents, so we do have something to compare this against. Woodley & Associates are definitely one of the good ones!

Managing a block such as ours is never straightforward and like any block, there have been issues at times. What matters is how those issues are dealt with and whether there is visible effort to improve things on the part of the property manager.

From our perspective there has been a clear and ongoing improvement in how the site is managed. Over the past few months we have seen genuine progress in maintenance, communication and the team are easy to contact and work with. It’s obvious that time and effort have gone into improving the overall appearance of our block as well and issues don’t just disappear into a black hole. They are acknowledged, followed up and most importantly resolved (hooray!).

One area that really deserves recognition is the out of hours support. On a couple of occasions when problems cropped up outside normal working hours, Woodleys out of hours team were extremely helpful. They were quick to respond and dealt with the situation properly rather than brushing it off until the next day. That level of support makes a real difference as a resident.

No managing agent will ever please everyone, but based on our experience Woodley & Associates take their responsibilities seriously. From a leaseholder’s point of view, that willingness to engage and improve counts for a lot 😊

Thanks to the Woodleys team for the work that’s been done and for continuing to move things in the right direction for us all.
