Ordered a bench a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I ordered well in advance for Christmas, but they say it’s lost in shipping. They could send a new one to arrive on time but refuse until their 'investigation' is complete. I raised this issue on the 11th, and it's now the 17th with no update. You'd expect them to go above and beyond to resolve this, but it feels like they’re doing the bare minimum.
