We are thrilled with our dining room table and chairs. Initially hesitant to order online without seeing the item, it looks even better than we expected! The delivery was timely, though there was a minor delay due to traffic, which was understandable. The packaging was excellent. I would definitely recommend this service.

A very disappointing experience overall. I purchased a coffee table/side table and they initially sent the wrong pieces. Eventually, they agreed to send replacements, but they arrived broken without screws to assemble. After posting a negative review, they asked me to delete it, promising to send screws and a 10% refund, which I agreed to. The screws were sent to an old address and the refund never came. I've followed up, but the customer service representative has ignored my emails. They may be a good company when things go right, but I would advise avoiding this service if you want to steer clear of poor customer support.
After facing issues with customer service, when they finally responded, we were informed we'd have to pay £75 upfront for a technician to check it. We are pensioners with a disabled spouse and can't afford upfront costs. The chair is still under warranty.
I would give more stars if I could. The representative was fantastic in assisting me with my order. She found additional chairs and ensured I had all the information I needed. I cannot thank her enough; she’s a gem! The chairs are stunning and exactly what I wanted. I was initially worried about buying online without trying them, but I’m delighted. Despite a busy time, she still reached out on a Friday evening to check if I was satisfied. Such a personal touch in customer service is rare these days! Thank you.
Our sofa is very nice, and the representative who assisted us was excellent. Our concern is that we live just 5 minutes from the store, yet we had to pay a £100 delivery fee. Even the delivery person remarked on how unreasonable that was.
We are currently in a dispute over a table we believe to be faulty. I've noted that others have mentioned the costly delivery service - £100. Our items were left in my living room, boxes damaged, and they left promptly. I’m waiting to see if a collection and refund will be issued under consumer rights. UPDATE - I emailed and spoke with them yesterday and am awaiting a response.
Ordered a bench a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I ordered well in advance for Christmas, but they say it’s lost in shipping. They could send a new one to arrive on time but refuse until their 'investigation' is complete. I raised this issue on the 11th, and it's now the 17th with no update. You'd expect them to go above and beyond to resolve this, but it feels like they’re doing the bare minimum.
