I placed my order on November 21st. It was processed and shipped by November 24th. The cue reached Germany by December 4th but hasn’t moved since. It’s been stuck for a month, and the shipping company cannot locate my cue. The team has mentioned they will send another one. I’ll update my review once I receive the cue, if I ever do.
