I placed my order on November 21st. It was processed and shipped by November 24th. The cue reached Germany by December 4th but hasn’t moved since. It’s been stuck for a month, and the shipping company cannot locate my cue. The team has mentioned they will send another one. I’ll update my review once I receive the cue, if I ever do.
I spent over £500 on a cue I wasn't particularly keen on. After five weeks, I still can't get comfortable with it. I reached out for support hoping for customer service or an exchange, but was advised to sell it privately. Good service should shine during issues, but it feels like they just took my money and offered no assistance. Very short-sighted approach.

I also doubt the items are made in the UK; they likely come from China, which is acceptable if delivered promptly or expectations are set accordingly. Better delivery would have earned a higher rating.

To start, they offer fantastic cues at fantastic prices. I ordered a cue combo with a case and extensions from India. They shipped exactly what was shown in the picture with the same configurations. I had so many options to choose from, and I absolutely loved their products. Shipping was incredibly fast via DHL. The packaging was excellent. The team was very friendly and responsive. The quality of the products doesn't seem like it's made in China; it feels on par with Thai craftsmanship. Definitely go for the wooden cues without hesitation!
