I ordered a 1 piece cue case but was sent the completely wrong one. On top of that, the case arrived with a faulty latch. While delivery was quick and the case itself wasn’t awful in terms of build quality, it wasn’t what I paid for and it was defective.Despite clearly stating in multiple emails that I wanted a refund and not a replacement, the seller refused to accept a return unless I destroyed the item and sent them video evidence. I even offered to return it if they could arrange collection, but they insisted on this unreasonable condition instead.I eventually raised a dispute through PayPal and after providing further evidence, the case was found in my favour and I received a full refund.I wouldn’t order from this seller again. The product was incorrect, it was faulty, and their refund process was completely unreasonable.
