Awful company to deal with! ordered a custom cue at the start of March was told it would be 45-75 days, no update during that time, messaged again looking for an update after 45 days, to be told the start of June, asked for a refund as that was over the 75 days and was told it would be with me by the end of May, been messaging about an update with no reply to any of my viewed messages. have now requested a refund, let's see how long it takes to get a response to that message!
