I ordered two shelves, cut to size, and chose express delivery because I needed them urgently. I received no updates. A week later, I was told it was delayed. After several attempts to contact them, I never got a callback. Now it’s nine days later, and still no delivery. Why offer express service if it's not feasible? I could have gotten the same product cheaper elsewhere if I was willing to wait. Terrible service and communication, and now I'm seeking a refund, although I was told they don’t do refunds.
