Negative feedback is accurate. We faced the same issues as many others, with unanswered emails and unmet delivery deadlines, even after paying for expedited shipping. I've requested a chargeback. It's best to look for a different supplier.

Never Received My Order

I ordered two shelves, cut to size, and chose express delivery because I needed them urgently. I received no updates. A week later, I was told it was delayed. After several attempts to contact them, I never got a callback. Now it’s nine days later, and still no delivery. Why offer express service if it's not feasible? I could have gotten the same product cheaper elsewhere if I was willing to wait. Terrible service and communication, and now I'm seeking a refund, although I was told they don’t do refunds.

Extremely Disappointing

Extremely disappointing! I ordered using express service, but two days after the expected delivery, I was informed that my order hadn't even entered production. When I asked to cancel, they refused. This is unacceptable, especially since bespoke items should be eligible for a refund if not in production. I won't waste more time with their customer service and will request a refund from my credit card company. Avoid this unprofessional service!

Incomplete Order and Poor Communication

Regrettable Decision to Order Again

Regrettably, I used this service again despite previous issues. I ordered with optional gloss lacquer, but when it arrived weeks later, it was not as expected.
