My order arrived incomplete, missing essential items for my project. I contacted customer service multiple times, clearly stating the urgency, but received no tracking or follow-up. This caused significant stress and forced me to find an emergency alternative. Polite customer service means nothing without action. Failing to resolve issues promptly is unacceptable.
