Regrettably, I used this service again despite previous issues. I ordered with optional gloss lacquer, but when it arrived weeks later, it was not as expected. The wood had rough areas, and it seemed no lacquer was applied. I was offered an inadequate refund. I've learned my lesson and won't waste more time here. The additional costs I've incurred are due to their inability to deliver on their promises.
