Received my order just in time… and SO impressed with the quality and presentation! Beautifully done! Used my own picture and they reproduced it just right. Box is a wonderful bonus design. I would love to see a couple other choices for the whimsy puzzle pieces, (I only have cats and horses) but a small request that really doesn’t take away from the lovely design of the product.Company was kind and clear when I reached out to them and responded within 36 hrs(there is a big time difference!) or less. Price was better than other companies for buying 2. The only caveat for consumers would be to take the extra time to order well in advance: the puzzles come from overseas, and extra time is needed to clear the complex customs (eye roll here). So I would suggest 4 weeks to be certain of arriving on time, and be pleasantly surprised when it comes early. I will definitely order another… after the holidays. Thank you, puzzle people!
