The products are fantastic and of high quality. However, the customer service is quite slow and has made errors with my order twice, sending me the wrong color panels. I have reached out to the support team several times, but the process has not been smooth. I still haven't received my refund, and I am very disappointed with how this has been managed, leading to a significant waste of my time.
