The products are fantastic and of high quality. However, the customer service is quite slow and has made errors with my order twice, sending me the wrong color panels. I have reached out to the support team several times, but the process has not been smooth. I still haven't received my refund, and I am very disappointed with how this has been managed, leading to a significant waste of my time.

The product itself is of great quality, but it lacks clear instructions regarding the color of ends for the panels. I'll need to match paint for several touch-ups. A color-matched pen or paint would be beneficial. The installation was challenging, and I had to order more panels due to issues with how they were stapled. This project is not an easy DIY task, and the key tray shelf is too heavy to function properly.

My order was sent to the wrong address, and the courier didn't contact me or my decorator. Fortunately, the order was left outside and wasn't damaged.
