Extremely poor conveyancing service. As a landlord familiar with buying and selling properties, I found this team to be not just slow, but painfully slow in handling my property sale. They displayed a lack of cooperation and interest, seemingly content to prolong a very stressful experience. My property sale, which typically completes in 6 to 8 weeks, took them 16 weeks, despite the buyers constantly trying to push for progress. They had all necessary paperwork by mid-December but ensured the sale dragged into the New Year. One star is far too generous; if I could rate them lower, I would.
