'Engaged' is definitely the right term, as all the staff assisted us thoroughly. Our situation was not straightforward since we needed to buy quickly and secure a bridging loan, which added complexity with another company involved and communication challenges. I initially sought guidance from a partner regarding the process. Based on prior experiences and recommendations from agents, choosing this firm was clear. Throughout, our inquiries were addressed promptly and the service felt very personal. The pricing seemed almost too good to be true, especially given the sometimes misleading reputation solicitors have for their fees. Complications arose when our sale chain collapsed, requiring additional efforts on our part. The reception staff were always accommodating, and the solicitors handling contracts were detailed, efficient, and approachable. I would highly recommend their services.
