Paid for a 3 month subscription expecting it to run out. They automatically renewed it for the entire year for $94. Customer service said it was in the fine print. Fine, but at least warn me first. No email or message through the app. Nothing. Just yanked the money from my account. I did call customer service and all they did was offer me extra months of membership. Why would I extend a service that I did not want in the first place. This company is deceptive.
