This has been a great experience. I have 3 dogs and I love how I can get individual tracking for each dog without having to combine information. It is easy to follow and my puppies are very responsive to it.
I signed up for what was marketed as a one time plan and paid the fee as advertised.
I recently saw an authorized charge go through on my Apple Pay automatically and I was shocked and immediately thought it was a scam as I hadn’t signed up for anything with that price.
Turns out they’d signed me up for some sort of auto renewal subscription without my knowledge or agreement. There is no email about it either. I tried to cancel right away and wrote them and instead they sent me a coupon code to keep my subscription!! I responded twice asking the for cancellation and a refund and they never responded. Stay away from any type of paid plan with them. Not worth it one bit!!!
Every app out there claims to help with this or that, and often you end up bombarded with tips and too much information to sort through. Woofz is so well designed and easy to follow, I started the program and haven’t missed a session yet! I especially like the little real-life videos with the owner and dog performing the exercise. It’s so simple I never feel overwhelmed. I’m really happy it’s helping me help my dog and I’m excited to keep going.
What a con.... they sneakily charged me over £80 after the first month when i didn't even sign up for their subscription... I bought the product outright.... its just a rip off so don't use this company. no renewal date sent and subscription charge of over £70 per month isn't clearly displayed.. be very careful of this company.
I took up an introductory 4 week offer. I found the first few weeks reasonably helpful and was under the impression that all I purchased was a 4 week training period. There was no clear instructions that an auto renewal would continue after the 4 week period. Instead, they continued charging me for 6 months before I realised the transactions were on my account, after reviewing my bank statement for something unrelated. I contacted Woofz and asked for a refund as I had not used the training past the 4 weeks, and with conversion costs to Australia, it added up to $300 of unused subscription that I had no idea was occurring. I was hit with a brick wall, with their customer service suggesting that it’s clearly outlined when you sign up and them refusing to refund any money. I asked them to review that decision, and spelled out my disappointment and frustration, explaining that I had no idea it was continuing and had not used the training past the first 4 weeks, which was also evident on the app. They again refused. I asked them to escalate it and received an email days later telling me that they would not consider a refund and that was that.
This company is absolutely disgusting and I would warn anyone considering using them to find something else. From reading other complaints, this is a common theme from Woofz, with multiple complaints for the same issue and them refusing to refund any money for unused services. They claim to clearly spell out that a subscription would continue which is a straight out lie. It’s hidden in fine print somewhere that’s not picked up by the purchaser, and yet they continue to rip people off, even after multiple complaints. They are a total scam and I suggest everyone to stay away.
This service is a scam; they continue to charge once they have your card information. It's nearly impossible to reach a real person, only an AI bot. My card provider informed me that the only option is to cancel my card to prevent any additional payments. I followed the online cancellation steps, but to speak with a representative, I would have to sign up again and consent to monthly fees, which I refuse to do. There's no way to reclaim my money.
I strongly advise everyone to avoid this application. I completed the trial period and clearly canceled my subscription before it ended. Despite this, $48.95 was charged to my card without my consent. What makes this situation worse is that this charge does not show up in the billing records. I only found out about it by chance when reviewing my bank statement. The company does not display this transaction at all, which raises serious concerns. Customer support is completely unresponsive—no replies or explanations. I have no understanding of how this application is processing payments outside of the standard billing system, but I doubt the platform would be pleased with this behavior. It appears to be a deliberate effort to evade subscription protections and unlawfully take money from users. Until I receive a refund, I will continue to leave negative reviews on every available platform and report this conduct. Charging users after cancellation and concealing transactions is unacceptable and dishonest. Please refund my $48.95 immediately.
WOOFz is a scam. Do not use! will not refund my money ... I can't even download their app!
Since there doesn't seem to be any way to reply to the reply Woofz left on my review, I will add it here. I subscribed with the 7 day trail and found out I couldn't download their app (my phone won't support it). I immediately email and asked them to refund the $6.99, which they did and in their email they said, "sorry to see you go". Which to me meant they understood I didn't want their service and had cancelled my account. Seven days go by and they charge me $39.99. I asked for a refund and they said I hadn't cancelled in time. Since I cancelled literally 5 minutes after enrolling, I do not see how they can say I didn't cancel in time. I have emailed them several times over the last few days and they keep saying "read the terms and conditions". They say I didn't cancel because that exact word wasn't in my email. But they knew what I meant, why else would they say "sorry to see you go"? I am so frustrated with this company and their customer "service". I have never in my life left a bad review for a company. I'm not that kind of person. But his company is so unbelievably annoying, I will leave bad reviews any chance I get until they refund me the $39.99 they should never have charged me.
I initially got this for one dog, but now all my dogs are attentive and responsive to my commands. The positive reinforcement approach has been essential in keeping their focus and using distractions to redirect them positively. I feel backed by the support team in reinforcing learned behaviors.
The variety of training options is impressive—perhaps a bit overwhelming! Having a shared space to watch together proves to be very useful. My children are drawn to the brief lessons, and the videos capture their attention. The clear roadmap helps us stay motivated about our progress. Looking forward to continuing with this service!
