I placed an order on November 7th, and it's now December 2nd with no updates regarding the item's whereabouts. This is particularly concerning as it's a Christmas ornament. The support team claims it was lost in transit, but they still can't provide an estimated delivery date. This situation feels fraudulent, especially after paying for priority shipping. I would recommend steering clear of this seller. Maybe the item will eventually show up, but if not, I plan to cancel the order and report the issue to my credit card company.
