The support team stated it was lost during shipping, yet they still cannot provide an estimated delivery date. This situation feels fraudulent, especially since I opted for priority shipping. I would recommend avoiding this seller. Perhaps the item will eventually arrive, but if not, I plan to cancel the order and report the issue to my credit card company.

The advertisement was misleading. It showed a personalized ornament resembling a multi-dimensional Christmas box with a person's image on it, but I received just a small flat piece of plastic. The colors were also quite dull. I paid $50 for two, including shipping, but they seem worth only about $10 each.

Disappointing Experience

I'm very disappointed with this service. The ornament I received was just a flat printed piece of plastic, not 3D and nothing like what was advertised! I strongly advise against spending your money here.

Quality Not as Expected

I received my order today and was very disappointed with the quality. The item appeared nice but was made very cheaply. I spent $60 Canadian on it and wouldn't purchase that product again.

Very Disappointing Service

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a personalized fridge magnet but received a much smaller sticker instead. After providing evidence, they offered only a 15% refund for an item that was misrepresented. I feel completely ripped off.

Inconsistent Personalization

The names on the Christmas ornament are of varying sizes, with some appearing large and others quite small. This makes it look unprofessional and a bit silly. To leave a review on their website, it needs to be approved by them, and I doubt they will allow my negative feedback.

Misleading Advertisement

What was shown in the advertisement is not what I received. I ordered a custom Baby's First Christmas Ornament, but was disappointed to find it was a flat acrylic piece that looks cheap. I paid $36 plus shipping for this, which feels very unethical.
