I placed my order on November 7th, and now it's December 2nd with no updates on the item's status. This is particularly concerning as it's a Christmas ornament. The support team stated it was lost during shipping, yet they still cannot provide an estimated delivery date. This situation feels fraudulent, especially since I opted for priority shipping. I would recommend avoiding this seller. Perhaps the item will eventually arrive, but if not, I plan to cancel the order and report the issue to my credit card company.
