UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My order was lost in delivery, which can happen. After three weeks, it was still somewhere in the delivery network. Customer service is slow to respond and keeps saying it’s on the way. I ordered yarn to knit a Christmas gift. I requested either a re-shipment or a refund, but NO ONE RESPONDS. THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM.
