Failed Delivery Promise

The website assured that orders placed by December 15th would arrive by Christmas. However, it's Christmas morning and our order hasn't arrived. If promises are made, they should be kept. This service did not deliver. To make matters worse, there’s no clear way on the website to express dissatisfaction. I also attempted to email the support team, only to receive a reply indicating that the inbox is unmonitored. It seems they are doing everything possible to avoid addressing customer concerns.

Terrible customer support experience

The website claimed that if we ordered by December 15th, our package would arrive by Christmas. It’s now Christmas morning and our order hasn’t arrived. If promises are made, they should be kept. This company did not deliver. To make matters worse, I couldn't find a way to express my dissatisfaction on their website. I even tried emailing them, but received a message stating that the inbox was not monitored. It seems they are doing everything possible to avoid customer concerns.

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My order was lost in delivery, which can happen. After three weeks, it was still somewhere in the delivery network. Customer service is slow to respond and keeps saying it’s on the way. I ordered yarn to knit a Christmas gift. I requested either a re-shipment or a refund, but NO ONE RESPONDS. THIS FEELS LIKE A SCAM.

Excellent service from the support team

I’ve updated my star rating to reflect the outstanding service from a representative. She went above and beyond to arrange a reliable courier instead of the usual one and quickly sent a replacement. She also coordinated a return when both my missing package and the replacement arrived on the same day! Thank you for your help…original review below…The company uses a questionable courier! I received a notification that my package was delivered, yet there was no package. No way to contact the courier, as they are notoriously unresponsive. No way to reach the company either, since all email addresses are ‘do not reply’. Their kits are pricey, and I have nothing to show for it.
