The website assured that orders placed by December 15th would arrive by Christmas. However, it's Christmas morning and our order hasn't arrived. If promises are made, they should be kept. This service did not deliver. To make matters worse, there’s no clear way on the website to express dissatisfaction. I also attempted to email the support team, only to receive a reply indicating that the inbox is unmonitored. It seems they are doing everything possible to avoid addressing customer concerns.
