I had ordered Merino base layer , paid amount to third party payment gateway suggested by website, but did not receive any confirmation. No update of order. Contact provided is useless as there is only automated WA response and phone no is not responsive. Mail communication is of no use. Fraud site. Don’t put any orders. Your money will go waste
Please don't buy anything from them; they are scamming people. I ordered a pair of socks from their website, and when I received them, they were different from what they had showcased on their website. They were not woollen at all but poor-quality local socks. I contacted them to either exchange or return this item. She told me to return the socks so I did and after doing the courier they stopped receiving the phone. The number that they mentioned on their website is also never functional and received and everything is misleading, they are only looting people.
Fraud! I order some woolen socks for around 2000 rs .The payment got deducted but I didn't get any payment information.And the contact number which they have shared over website is just to befool customers they never pick the call.I tried multiple times for 3consecutive days.They just disconnect your call.
In my recent order of big orders, there was a shortage, I have made a complaint again, they sent everything back, however the size does not fit me, I have requested an XXL size and still have not received a response from customer service, its been more than a week, I need help, the customer service number does not work.
