I want to be honest: after purchasing, I checked reviews and thought I had been scammed. I received no confirmation or order number at all. After reaching out to customer service, it took about a week for someone to inform me that my order had shipped, but I still didn’t get an order number. So, the communication was poor. However, my order arrived in about two weeks, and I'm very happy with the product's quality. I think it was a rabbit fur rug; I can't recall the exact name, but it’s incredibly soft and dense, and the quality seems fantastic. Overall, I don't believe this company is a scam, so don’t worry if you've already ordered; just know that their communication needs a lot of work.
