After contacting customer service, it took about a week for someone to inform me that my order had shipped, yet I still lacked an order number. Overall, the communication was lacking. HOWEVER, my order did arrive in roughly two weeks, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of the product. I believe it was a rabbit fur rug? I can't recall the exact name, but it’s incredibly soft and dense, and the quality seems outstanding. So, in summary, I don't think this company is a scam, so there's no need to worry if you've already placed an order; it's just their communication that needs significant improvement.
