Been online client for many years. We are both Seniors. Spent very many $10,000s. In the past all smooth. Now they have fallen apart. Yes busy – we all know that but for 2 weeks IMPOSSIBLE to order. Pick a delivery slot that vaguely works for me. Accepted. Fill out cart, do not even order Loo paper – just stuff I NEED for house and go to press SUBMIT and nothing happens. Their website is stuffed as of March 29. Techies have had weeks to get this sorted. Wasted MANY hours on these cowboys. 9344490548545 is my “Loyalty” card Woolies – FIX my order now please
