I ordered a keyboard for my son for Christmas, fully aware it was backordered. After setting my billing and shipping addresses, I awaited shipping confirmation. Today, I received an email stating I must confirm my addresses again via an account and Discord. As a parent, I have no interest in joining a server just to manage a single order. I looked for a customer service number on their site but found none—no email or chat option either. It's absurd that they can process my payment without an account but require one for any order-related actions. I can't be the only parent reluctant to join Discord for this. This is the least customer-oriented service I've ever encountered, and I hope the keyboard is worth it when my son finally receives it, as I won't be ordering again.
