Lack of transparency and support regarding shipping issues.

There appears to be no effort to be transparent or helpful about the shipping situation. I've been waiting for 13 days for my package with no updates on its whereabouts. Reaching out to the support team has only led to vague responses, suggesting I contact the shipping provider, who has given me contradictory information. Many others in the community are experiencing similar issues. I placed my order with separate shipping at a higher cost to receive it before the holidays, but it seems that won't happen. While their products are excellent, the service has significantly declined since their initial offerings. If this is how they handle customers purchasing their premium items, I may need to rethink future purchases.

Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. I placed an order with correct addresses, but once the parcel reached the courier, the address was wrong. I tried to contact the support team, but received no response. Consequently, the parcel was not delivered after over a week of waiting. Now, I have to take time to collect it from a local store, which worries me since the driver claimed I wasn't home, despite having CCTV footage proving otherwise. The missed delivery photo was clearly taken from inside the vehicle. If you’re considering buying a keyboard, please shop around before ordering from this company; they take your money and show no concern for what happens next. Proceed at your own risk.

Frustrating order confirmation process

I ordered a keyboard for my son for Christmas, knowing it was backordered. After entering my billing and shipping addresses, I waited for shipping notifications. Today, I received an email stating I must confirm my addresses again through an account and Discord. I have no interest in joining a platform just for one order. I searched their website for a customer service number but found none—no email or chat option either. It’s absurd that they can take my payment without an account but require one for any order-related actions. This company has the worst customer service I've encountered, and I hope the keyboard is worth the hassle when my son finally receives it, as I won’t order from them again.

Order frustrations with a backordered keyboard

I ordered a keyboard for my son for Christmas, fully aware it was backordered. After setting my billing and shipping addresses, I awaited shipping confirmation. Today, I received an email stating I must confirm my addresses again via an account and Discord. As a parent, I have no interest in joining a server just to manage a single order. I looked for a customer service number on their site but found none—no email or chat option either. It's absurd that they can process my payment without an account but require one for any order-related actions. I can't be the only parent reluctant to join Discord for this. This is the least customer-oriented service I've ever encountered, and I hope the keyboard is worth it when my son finally receives it, as I won't be ordering again.

Poor customer service experience

Poor customer service experience. I purchased a keyboard and requested a return and refund upon its arrival. I followed their instructions immediately. Their website stated I would receive my refund within 7 business days. After they received the keyboard, I was told it would take at least 14 business days for my money back. This is unreasonable. I hadn’t even opened the box. Their emails lacked any empathy or gratitude for my patience. It’s clear they don’t care. I’m done with this company.

Great keyboard experience

I bought a keyboard in 2023 and it's still functioning perfectly, even surviving a water spill. The software is genuinely useful, unlike many others that barely function. New features continue to be rolled out for older models like mine. This is the first time I've spent extra on a high-end product and haven't been disappointed—truly worth the investment. After two years, I thought some keys were failing, but it turned out to be a desk magnet affecting them. Still no issues; it’s refreshing in an age of planned obsolescence.

Disappointing keyboard performance

I’ve never used a keyboard that consistently misses inputs. Adjusting the press sensitivity in the utility doesn’t help. This has been the most frustrating keyboard experience!

Decent keypad for gaming

I ordered a keypad and have been using it for a few weeks for gaming. It performs well enough, though I can't compare it to others since it's my first. The ordering process was simple, and while the price is a bit high, it includes extra switches, which is nice. The drivers work properly. Shipping took a while, but I expected that since it was coming from overseas.
