I ordered a keyboard for my son for Christmas, knowing it was backordered. After entering my billing and shipping addresses, I waited for shipping notifications. Today, I received an email stating I must confirm my addresses again through an account and Discord. I have no interest in joining a platform just for one order. I searched their website for a customer service number but found none—no email or chat option either. It’s absurd that they can take my payment without an account but require one for any order-related actions. This company has the worst customer service I've encountered, and I hope the keyboard is worth the hassle when my son finally receives it, as I won’t order from them again.
