There appears to be no effort to be transparent or helpful about the shipping situation. I've been waiting for 13 days for my package with no updates on its whereabouts. Reaching out to the support team has only led to vague responses, suggesting I contact the shipping provider, who has given me contradictory information. Many others in the community are experiencing similar issues. I placed my order with separate shipping at a higher cost to receive it before the holidays, but it seems that won't happen. While their products are excellent, the service has significantly declined since their initial offerings. If this is how they handle customers purchasing their premium items, I may need to rethink future purchases.
