I purchased a workstation PC, but it wouldn't boot into Windows. I sent a video to the support team, and their suggestion was to unplug unnecessary items and try again, which was unhelpful given the installation issue. After four hours of reinstalling Windows, the computer continued to crash during use. Clearly a hardware issue, I returned it for a full refund. Ironically, this was my second purchase from them, and both PCs had the same issue. I won't consider buying from them again and have since chosen another provider.
