Disappointing Experience with Recent Purchase

I have purchased from this seller multiple times, but they sent me a defective item. I initiated a return nearly a week ago and have received no response. I followed up via email, yet still no reply. If you receive a faulty product, be aware that you may not get your money back; I wouldn't recommend taking that chance.

Awful customer support

I have made several purchases from the company, but they sent me a defective product. I initiated a return nearly a week ago and have yet to receive a response. Impressive product with exceptional customer support

This review is entirely my own. After my previous laptop failed after 8 years, I decided to invest in a desktop tailored for video editing and graphic design. I consulted three companies, and after receiving lackluster responses, I chose this one due to their prompt replies, even after hours. The custom build option is remarkable, setting a high standard in the industry. The representative guided me through the selection process, ensuring compatibility and avoiding unnecessary features. We finalized the design, and the build was scheduled for completion on December 19, with delivery on December 22. To my surprise, the build was completed ahead of schedule, and delivery occurred just three days after payment was received. The final product is outstanding, securely packaged, and even includes the original packaging in a separate box. Overall, the customer service exceeded my expectations and provided the best experience I've ever had. Thank you to the team!

PC wouldn't boot; had to troubleshoot myself

I purchased a workstation PC, but it wouldn't boot into Windows. I sent a video to the support team, and their suggestion was to unplug unnecessary items and try again, which was unhelpful given the installation issue. After four hours of reinstalling Windows, the computer continued to crash during use. Clearly a hardware issue, I returned it for a full refund. Ironically, this was my second purchase from them, and both PCs had the same issue. I won't consider buying from them again and have since chosen another provider.

Disappointing experience overall

My experience has been quite disappointing. I ordered a large screen as a birthday gift, which arrived about a week later but was dead on arrival. I reached out to support (only via email), and they requested pictures to confirm I hadn't caused any damage. I sent the pictures immediately, showing no physical issues. They agreed to send a courier for return, which was done the same day. The screen reached them by Monday, and when I followed up on Tuesday, I was informed about a backlog and that testing hadn't begun. I kept following up for a week and consistently heard about the backlog. Eventually, they confirmed the issue was as described, but the screen needed to be sent to a warranty agent for further testing. It’s been another week, and I still haven’t received a replacement. I advise against supporting this company, as returns seem to be a struggle.
