I kept following up for a week and consistently heard about the backlog. Eventually, they confirmed the issue was as described, but the screen needed to be sent to a warranty agent for further testing. It’s been another week, and I still haven’t received a replacement. I advise against supporting this company, as returns seem to be a struggle.
