It works well without issue, and it's really quiet. Hardly much else to say, as it is a device that you only really notice when there is no hot water. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the fact that changing it from winter mode to summer mode is a little difficult to find and not easy to understand. Wish they would just put a button to switch between the two modes.
