We had two engineers visit our home to replace a large part of the boiler which had developed a serious fault. N5DB (Daniel) and 14MB (Mark) were both excellent, taking a great deal of care with the home and explaining what they were doing. It was a long job and they coninued until they were 100% satisfied that we would now be warm again. Highly recommended.
It’s almost been a year since having boiler installed and very pleased with boiler. Just approaching our first service which is booked in and hope to see to continue to be impressed.
The booking was so easy to do on the website, The Fast Track team came to me the next day to confirm the appointment, who would be the installer and final cost for the installation. I can't thank them enough for the help, support plus the engineer who came out to do the install, very professional.

After the old boiler broke down we came across the Worcester Bosch website on-line which was very user friendly and quickly helped us choose the correct new boiler. TS Gas & Electric Ltd contacted us very quickly and after visiting our property to ensure that everything was fine, the new boiler was installed professionally the next day. It works well without issue, and it's really quiet. Hardly much else to say, as it is a device that you only really notice when there is no hot water. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the fact that changing it from winter mode to summer mode is a little difficult to find and not easy to understand. Wish they would just put a button to switch between the two modes.
They require a deposit even while we are dealing with the council, and their driver went off to find parking. After we located a permit, he blocked our number. I can't understand why the council would choose to work with this company.
From the first phone call, everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Since the boiler was still under warranty, there were no complicated discussions required. Two technicians visited the Cheshire area, both of whom were courteous, friendly, maintained a clean workspace, and provided clear explanations of the potential issues. The boiler is now fixed.
Contacted Worcester Bosch as we had no hot water after an external leak on a shared supply pipe. We did contact a gas engineer prior, however, didn't have a clue when he saw the boiler. The only way we had got hot water was if we put the heating on. Engineer Mark popped over on Monday after making contact on Friday. He was very polite and was familiar with the boiler, despite being 20 years old and he knew the previous owner of the property, due to servicing it in the past. The boiler required a couple of parts, which due to the boiler age may not be available. Mark chased this up with his team and parts were ordered. Mark kept us in the loop and booked us back in to get it fixed. Messaged us on the day to say on his way. Again, Mark was very polite and knowledgeable, we had a chat on what the parts were and how they worked. Mark changed the parts and the boiler now works like a dream. We have now hot water without having to put the heating on just for the sake of getting hot water. So grateful, as its freezing outside (and snowing) and now not dreading turning the tap on! Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Mark and Worcester Bosch for making a 20 year old plus boiler work like it's new and Mark personally, thankyou!
We've had our combi boiler for just over a year. Recently, we experienced a drop in pressure which left us without heating or hot water. We contacted the support team the next morning, and they promptly arranged for a service engineer to visit. The engineer arrived the following morning and quickly resolved the issue, without needing any new parts and at no cost!
