My journey with the service was regrettably frustrating from beginning to end. I provided a complete 361-page manuscript with specific instructions: I wanted it formatted for compliance without altering my design, spacing, fonts, or image placement—only the necessary adjustments for technical requirements. Yet, the formatting team consistently modified elements I explicitly requested they leave unchanged, including font sizes, margins, spacing, image placement, image proportions, table of contents style, heading hierarchy, and even drastically reduced the total page count. I found myself sending numerous emails to correct changes I never requested. Several drafts returned with glaring errors, some worse than the previous versions. This extended the project timeline far beyond what it should have been. Despite the team's assertions that they were following my guidelines, the drafts repeatedly indicated otherwise. I felt compelled to scrutinize every page meticulously to ensure nothing had been altered anew. Near the end, I finally received a version that was somewhat aligned with my requests, but only after a long and exhausting back-and-forth process that should not have been necessary. The service might suit simpler projects, but if you have a detailed manuscript and expect design precision or strict adherence to instructions, I would strongly advise seeking another option. I will not be returning.
