Straightforward requests were handled smoothly, but when I had questions or needed clarification, things became complicated. My project could have been finished in four weeks, but it ended up taking four months, and costs doubled due to multiple payments. A simple phone call could have saved weeks and money on several occasions. The service seems unable to differentiate between a novice author like myself and an experienced one familiar with the process. I genuinely suspect that the representative assisting me might be an AI chatbot rather than a real person. I would be okay with this if there were an option to speak with a human when issues arise.
