I unfortunately had a terrible experience with my Wordans delivery, and an even worse experience with the customer service representative Sofia. After having to email her multiple times about a few different issues with the website/ordering process, my order finally arrived and was completely wrong. I then had to organise a return and refund as I didnt have the timescale to wait for new products, as they were already at the printers. Once I let Sofia know all this, sending her all the details, all the numbers and all of the printing companies address, details and phone numbers, she then told me I had to ring them ro arrange when they could pick up for collection. I then told her I was already in meetings all day, and didnt have time to do the back and forth between the 2 companies. She told me that I HAD to be the one to organise and call them, rather than doing the 'customer service' herself. Extremely frustrating having to clean up someone else's mistakes and then not receiving much of an apology or willingness to help rectify it. Just attitude. Will NOT be using this company again.
