Review Time
This is getting beyond a joke. I ordered 20 cups which arrived after the expected delivery date. I arranged a return the day they arrived. The box was never opened as they were no longer required. 3 attempts to return later and they finally were collected. Now... months of emails back and forth saying it hasn't arrived, was it in 1 package or multiple (surely they should know it was one as they sent it!), the package is still not in the warehouse, the package wasnt collected (ive sent proof on the cctv we have with time stamp etc of the chap collecting the package). I sent all evidence the second it went.... and it still isnt resolved. The service is insane... ive been passed to 2 separate people now and hope they send me to a 3rd that is hopefully more senior as this has been going on since before christmas! I used their courier. Their packing labels. The box was untouched and I have photos... but still arguing back and forth about not being collected. Who can I escalate this to as it is insane!!!

The shirts were just loose in a cardboard box, folded but not wrapped up, so I'm not sure if the smell is from manufacturing or something they picked up during transit. Either way, it was powerful enough to warrant keeping the box outside until I could buy some heavier laundry detergent, and I've put them through three washes now and it isn't going away. However, as mentioned, buying them was easy, the products behind the smell are exactly what I needed, and they were shipped off the same day I made my order and arrived before noon the next, so I did debate between one and two stars. Unfortunately, ease of purchase and a quick delivery doesn't really matter if the product is unusable when it arrives.

Five stars for Wordans! Had a slight hiccup with my order, but Sofia in customer support handled it like a pro. She was responsive, professional, and sorted everything out within 24 hours. The clothes are great quality and the bulk pricing is unbeatable. I will definitely be ordering my next batch from here.

Placed an order and paid 17 days ago. Still being told that the order is on hold awaiting payment despite requested proof of payment being made several times. Truly shambolic with obvious problems of communication with their accounts and customer services. No response so far and no hope of seeing the goods or a refund any time soon.
